VOLUNTEERS

Of course everyone wants to volunteer at the party itself but the number of volunteers that we use at the event is actually low compared to other volunteer needs. We want to give the students their space at the party, so an over abundance of people is not needed at the party.

Pre Party

Before the party begins is the biggest area where volunteers are needed. This time is prep time for things like planning, purchasing prizes, food purchase and prep, and of course set up.

After The Party

When all the fun winds down and kids have headed for the show is when the volunteer fun begins. There are things like transporting prizes back to the school, taking down props or decorations, and of course clean up that need to be done! Expect early morning detail and tasks.
